In line with the   club constitution , the committee meet on the first Tuesday of the month. These meetings take place at Trowbridge Rugby Club at 8pm in the upstairs room. Members are welcome to attend, although we do ask, if possible, that you notify us in advance by email to   secretary@avonvalleyrunners.org.uk  or   chairman@avonvalleyrunners.org.uk  

The AGM is held on the second Tuesday of January, which results in the January Committee Meeting taking place on the following Thursday, once the new committee have been appointed.
