Will Whitmore headed to Milton Keynes for the National Duathlon Championships and finished the 10k run/40k bike/5k run in 2:08:15 and qualified for the World Championships in Italy.
James Hart added cycling to his running at the Goodwood Duathlon with a 4k run, 40k bike and 8k run race. James finished in 6th place overall with the second fastest bike leg of the day, despite the atrocious weather conditions.
Will Whitmore also opted for duathlon, making the trip to West Sussex for the Steyning Duathlon and doing enough to qualify for the European Duathlon Championships in Greece in May.
