This is a fast flat event over 3 laps, ideal for that Personal Best.
Registration now opens at 18:15 and will close promptly at 19:00
The race will now start at 19:30 and not 19:00
The Race limit is now 150 runners
Spot prizes will be awarded at each race and series winners after the fourth event.
From the July event there will be a reward on offer of £150 for anyone that sets a verified time of equal to or better than 14:45 for males or 16:20 for females.
We have also reduced entries fees for all junior runners aged 16 or under.

This is a No headphones event and anyone seen wearing any will be disqualified
