The event is also open to solo runners who wish to run all four stages of the relay. A map of the route can be found on the Avon Valley Runners website. The relay is supported by friendly and enthusiastic volunteers, has a brilliant "buzz" atmosphere and is a great day out for spectators and runners.

So whether you want to enter for a bit of fun with your friends/fellow club members, to compete against other clubs or to run through the picturesque countryside come and join the 2020 Avon Valley Relay. We look forward to seeing you!
